1. These General Terms and Conditions determine the terms and conditions for using the ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg called ONLINE STORE as well as the conditions for e-commerce performed through the ONLINE STORE. These conditions bind all customer users. By clicking the 'I have read and agree the Terms and Conditions' button the client / user agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Identification of the user /client in order to reproduce his statement for acceptance of the General Terms and for the order is made through the stored in the log files of the server of www.shop.plmd.bg storage of the IP address of the user / of the client as well as any other information.
3. The access to the online store www.shop.plmd.bg may be blocked unilaterally and without warning in case it's established that the User is abusing the content and /or the provided goods and Services in the Online Store.
4. The products available on the website of www.shop.plmd.bg do not constitute a legally binding offer but they are rather a demonstrative online catalog describing the product line of the trader. The characteristics or prices of the products can be changed by ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg at any time. Due to technical reasons they may contain errors. The images of the products available in the ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg have an illustrative and guiding character respectively the delivered products may differ from the images.
5. After clicking the 'I have read and agree the Terms and Conditions' button users agree to purchase the goods in the basket. This action is legally binding. The customer receives an automatic email with the order number and information about the ordered goods. Upon receipt of this confirmation the contract is considered concluded.
6. ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in case the goods are not available. In the absence of stock of the ordered goods within the working week ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg notifies the consumer / customer of it's exhaustion by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Customer or to the specified phone number. In case a transfer has been made to the ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg's account the client will be able to choose between refund, cancellation of the order or through a replacement order.

8. The contractual language is Bulgarian and payments will be made in Bulgarian levs including VAT. The language and payments for orders placed outside Bulgaria will be made in Euro currency and the contractual language will be English.
9. These General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg.
10. Customer who placed orders and systematically leaves the orders unclaimed at the courier company's office, ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg reserves the right for the next order, the only way to purchase goods to be after paying through the Virtual POS terminal. In case the Customer refuses to pay the Order in this way, ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg reserves the right to cancel the Order without expressly notifying the Customer. Client who has numerous orders with the status of refusal to be received or in case of permanent refusal and return of orders made, ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg has the right to refuse future orders and services to the Client.
Shipments
The shipment of the orders is released with the courier company 'Speedy' and 'DHL'.
Our aim is to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible.
We usually fulfill all orders within 1-3 days when we deliver in Bulgaria , and within 3-5 business days when we deliver outside of Bulgaria.
In case of unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to deliver the orders within 5-10 working days to the specified address, in case provided address and contact phone number are correct.
Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
In case of untimely delivery, we do not owe a forfeit and the customer has the right to cancel the order.
The orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer.The customer is obliged to provide access and opportunity to receive the order.If access to the specified address is not provided and the customer is not found, the order is considered canceled and ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg is released from it's obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
The cost of the shipping service also depends on where your item comes from and what its destination is. The shipping cost is at the customer's expense. The client must pay the transport cost directly to the courier when receive the order. The transport cost may vary and it’s connected with the forwarder price list.
Free delivery for orders over BGN 500, with direct payment by credit/debit card.
Claims for online orders
When the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the goods ordered for purchase by the Customer and this can be established by it's ordinary inspection, the Customer may request refund within 14 days from the receipt.
The customer can make a complaint and request a refund as well, if the product has a significant defect or non-conformity that could not be identified during a simple inspection of the product and if it's use the product has a significant defect that makes it unfit for it's intended purpose.
Right to withdraw
The customer has right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, without paying compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, except for the costs provided for in the Consumer Protection Act within a period of 14 days from receiving the delivered goods.
If the Customer exercises his right to cancel the order, he is responsible for the depreciation of the Product in the event that the depreciation occurred as a result of the use of the Product. The responsibility of the Customer may be, in relation to the impossibility of displaying the Product for sale in the product catalog on the website of www.shop.plmd.bg, including the costs of examining the product by a specialist and those for repairing damages, occurred as a result of the use outside the usual way necessary to establish the characteristics, qualities and functioning of the Product, as well as costs associated with re-labeling.
The right of refusal can be exercised for products that are without signs of use and have all attached labels and additional elements that were placed on the Product at the time of their acceptance by the Customer.In the event that the Customer wishes to exercise the right of refusal, for a Product that shows signs of use and is without all the attached labels and elements that were placed on the Product at the time of acceptance by the Customer and this devalues the Product, the online store www.shop.plmd.bg has the right not to refund the user the full value paid for the product, but to refund a reduced value based on the actual condition of the returned goods.
Return
If the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the ordered one and this can be established by a simple inspection of the goods, the Customer has the right to refuse it at the time of delivery by the courier without paying the value of the ordered goods, as the return costs are at the expense of the Client.

The return voucher is waybill with which you can return your order directly to our address from which you received the shipment.
For maximum convenience, the return voucher can be used to send a shipment from an address, office or vending machine, regardless of where the order was delivered.
On the voucher is written the number of the return waybill with which you can request a visit by a courier, to an address convenient for you to return the shipment, even if the order was delivered to an office.

return voucher.
Returns from different stores that are received individually must be packaged separately with the correct return label for each package.
We will refund the amount paid no later than 5 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
The refund may take up to 14 days, in case your payment method is by bank card.
You will receive a confirmation email when we refund the paid amount .
The paid amount will be fully refunded after we receive the purchased item in it's original condition, with tags and packaging included, without being worn, torn and/or TAG removed, not treated with detergents(perfumes),not damaged or used.

Online store www.shop.plmd.bg provides the option to pick up your order from one of our physical stores.
The receipt of the order is possible within one working day from the date on which the order was placed.
If the order is not received after the expiration of this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
With this pick-up method, you can pay for the order in cash or with a credit/debit card directly in the store in which you will pick up the order, or make an advance payment by bank transfer.
Returning orders picked up from a store
You can return the order taken from a store within 14 days from the date of receipt, at the store from which the order was received or fill out a return request form from here .
A product return will only be approved under the following conditions:
The 14 (fourteen) day period from receipt of the order has not expired.
The returned order is accompanied by the receipt received when paying for the order at the store. Without a receipt issued by the store, the return will not be accepted.
The goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, without being worn (with all the labels belonging to them, without being torn and/or removed). The packaging must be preserved. It must not have been treated with preparations (perfumes, detergents preparations, etc.), that it is not contaminated, damaged or used.

ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg protects the personal data of the user / customer which became known to him when filling in the electronic form for making a purchase application and this obligation is waived in case the Customer has provided incorrect data.
2. Subject to the applicable legislation and the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg may use the personal data of the Client only for the purposes provided in the contract.
3. Any other purposes for which the data are used will be in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation, the applicable international acts, the Internet ethics, the rules of morals and good manners.
