Returning products
- Product Return Procedure
- 1. Select the order you wish to return
- Log in to your account, choose the relevant order, and follow the instructions.
- 2. Select the products
- Mark all the items you want to return.
- 3. Schedule a pickup date
- Choose a convenient day for the courier to come and collect the package.
- 4. Confirm the return
- After confirmation, our system will automatically generate a shipping label and pickup date. The address and phone number will remain the same as in the original order.
- 5. Wait for a call from the courier
- The courier company will contact you to arrange all details of the pick up.
- Important Notes: Articles from different stores that were received separately must be packed separately, with each package containing the correct return label.
