Warranty Conditions

PLMD LTD, in its capacity as a trader, provides a warranty for the products purchased by it. Please inform yourself with the conditions for the warranty and keep a receipt or electronic receipt/for online purchases/ for any claims related to the non- conformity of the product. You can submit a complaint orally or in writing at the store where the goods were purchased or, in the case that the goods were purchased online, at https://shop.plmd.bg/returns. This guarantee does not affect the rights of users arising from Art. 112-115 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The information and pictograms about the product's composition and maintenance instructions can be found on the label on the inside of the item, on a label attached elsewhere to the item or its packaging, or on the product page at www.shop.plmd.bg. These are the specifications for each type of product. Please consider the meaning of the icons to apply appropriate maintenance / cleaning methods specific to each type of product.

PLMD LTD is not responsible and the warranty does not cover defects that occurred as a result of improper cleaning/washing, maintenance, in which the specific instructions of each product, as stated above, were not followed;

- storage or use of the products in a humid environment;

- fading, due to exposure to the sun or other sources of heat; repairs or changes made by persons other than the merchant or
authorized by him; the normal wear and tear of the product; use in case of improper use by the user.

- coloring of the products occurred as a result of non-compliance with the washing instructions, improper cleaning or constant
contact with other colored objects.

Warranty

The provision of this warranty in no way limits the rights of users provided for in Art. 112-115 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The warranty period provided by PLMD LTD is 24 (twenty-four) months and begins to run from the date of purchase or delivery. The warranty is only valid if the instructions for use for the product covered by the warranty have been followed.
In case of non-conformity or defect of the product, the user has the right to ask PLMD LTD to repair the product, replace it, or refund the amount paid. The user does not have the right to demand a replacement of the product if PLMD LTD has agreed to repair it. PLMD LTD has the right to offer the user to replace a product with similar characteristics when the stock of the originally purchased product is out of stock and in the event of a discrepancy in the amount to be refunded or paid in addition according to the return conditions described at www.shop.plmd.bg. If the product cannot be repaired or there are no other pieces of it in stock, and the user does not wish to replace the defective product with another similar one, PLMD LTD will refund the cost of the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the submitted complaint of the product in question. The duration of the repair cannot exceed one month from the date on which the user notified PLMD LTD about the
non-conformity of the product.
The product warranty does not cover defects such as: scratches, loops, stains, tears, etc., about which the user did not notify PLMD LTD upon receiving the product. Violation of the integrity of the product leads to cancellation of the warranty, in case, that it was not used for its usual purpose.
PLMD LTD is not responsible for possible discomfort, injuries to the feet, other pains in the feet as a result of wearing shoes (regardless of the reason for this, including but not limited to the purchase of the wrong number of shoes or their incorrect use) or maintenance is the sole responsibility of the user and voids the warranty.

The warranty will not cover defects caused by:

- inappropriate use other than usual, lack of care, negligence or any non-compliance with the instructions for their use;

- excessive wear of the heels and damage to the surface of the shoe or to the soles caused by impacts or abrasions from otherobjects, surfaces or exposure to sunlight or high temperatures are not covered by the warranty;

- excessive wear and tear of bags and damage to the surface of a bag or its internal parts caused by rubbing, impact or abrasion by other objects or surfaces or by exposure to sunlight or high temperatures;

- washing shoes - by hand or in a washing machine, cleaning with detergents or bleaching agents;

- stepping on bumps, sharp objects, metal, stone;

- contact of the products with water, snow (except clothing), solvents, fuels, sand, tar, bitumen or other corrosive materials (Exceptions are shoes with TEX membranes or those made of rubber;

- overfilling bags and exceeding the normal weight of their contents; - lack of product labels;

- coloring of the products occurred as a result of non-compliance with the washing instructions, improper cleaning or constant contact with other colored objects.

It is possible that the dye used for the leather or textile of the shoes is stronger or in excess, but this is not a reason for complaint and such complaints will not be honored. For this reason, we recommend using dark socks or products that are not affected by shoe polish. Shoes may have slight differences or discrepancies. These are not factory defects and do not benefit from the warranty conditions of PLMD LTD.

Attention! Do not cut the product label!
Missing the inner label automatically voids the warranty.

Instructions for use and maintenance for bags

The bags sold by PLMD LTD are intended only as accessories and cannot be used to store luggage for travel. The maximum weight of envelope bags is 300 g, and for all other bags it is 1.5 kg.
Protect the surface of a bag from coloring,rubbing against other objects, shocks, scratches from other objects, and from exposure to sunlight or high temperatures.
Keep the product away from objects that can cause coloring, staining, breaking, scratching, burning, perforation or any physical actions that can damage it.
The warranty applies to the surface and lining of the bags.

Instructions for use and maintenance of articles of clothing (made of materials other than genuine leather)

The product is washed, laundered or cleaned according to the instructions indicated on the inner label. Only detergents that meet the quality standards required by EU legislation for the safety of use of these products are used to wash the product. Do not use industrial cleaning products to wash or clean the items, as they can irreversibly damage the quality of the material. Please follow the recommendations on the label for the temperature at which the products can be exposed. 
Do not dry the products by exposing them to heat sources such as electric stoves, cookers, etc. Drying should always be at room temperature. Keep the product away from objects that may cause breakage, scratches, burns, perforation, or any other actions or omissions that may result in damage to the product. 

PLMD LTD is not responsible for any of the defects that may occur during the cleaning and/or washing process in cases where you use third-party cleaning and/or washing services for product maintenance.
