Delivery & Returns

 

DELIVERY

The shipment of the orders is released with the transport company 'Speedy' and 'DHL'.  
Our aim is to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible.  
We usually fulfil all orders to the territory of Bulgaria in the next working day and within 3 to 5 business days for orders outside of Bulgaria.  
In case of unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to deliver the orders within 5-10 working days to the specified address, in case provided address and contact phone number are correct.  
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or on holidays are processed on the next business day.  
In case of untimely delivery, we do not owe a forfeit and the customer has the right to cancel the order.  
All orders to the territory of Bulgaria are shipped with a review and test option.  
The orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer.  
The customer is required to provide access and opportunity to receive the order. 
If access to the specified address is not provided and the customer is not found, the order is considered as cancelled and the Supplier is released from it's obligation to fulfil the requested delivery.

 

 

PRICE OF DELIVERY

Delivery costs vary depending on the selected transport service. It is possible to choose between delivery to an office of a courier company or to a personal address. For deliveries with cash on delivery, the cost of the transport service is at the customer's expense. The value of the transport service is paid at the time of delivery, directly to the courier. The value of the service is in accordance with the tariff of the courier company.

Free delivery for orders over BGN 500, with direct payment by credit/debit card.

 

RETURNS

Every package will be sent with the option "Review/Test before payment." If the delivered item clearly does not match the ordered one, and this can be determined through a simple inspection, the customer has the right to refuse it at the time of delivery without paying for the order. The return costs will be covered by the customer.

You can request a return and send back the delivered order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the steps below:
Please note that the process of generating waybill label by the courier company is automated, and you do not need to arrange a courier yourself.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can request a return using the "RETURN ORDER" button, which is available in the email confirming the shipment of your order.
If you are a registered customer, you can request a return by filling in the required fields in our Return Products Form [here].

Return Procedure

Select the products – Choose the items you wish to return and follow the system's instructions.

Choose a pickup date – Select a convenient date for the courier to collect your package.

Confirm the return – After confirmation, our system will automatically generate a shipping label and pickup date. The address and phone number will remain the same as in the original order.

Wait for the courier’s call – The courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup details.

Important Notes:

Returns from different stores that were received separately must be packed separately, with each package containing the correct return label.

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

If you do not receive a response, please check whether it is a weekend or if you are contacting us outside working hours. Response time may be longer during official holidays or sales campaigns.

RETURN OF ORDERS PICKED UP FROM A STORE

You can return the order taken from a store within 14 days from the date of receipt, at store from which the order was received or fill out a return request here here .

 

The return will be approved only under the following conditions:

 

The 14 (fourteen) day period from receipt of the order has not expired.

The returned order is accompanied by the receipt received when paying for the order at the store. Without a receipt issued by the store, the return will not be accepted.

The goods must be in same condition in which they were received, without being worn (with all the labels belonging to it, without being torn and/or removed). The packaging must be preserved. It must not have been treated with preparations (perfumes, detergents preparations, etc.), that it is not contaminated, damaged or used;

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

In case of damage and traces of visible wear of the purchase, ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg has the right to refuse the return of such goods. The customer is not entitled to return swimwear, underwear and jewelry. ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg reserves the right not to accept the return of these items and not to refund the amount paid by the Customer. For the avoidance of any doubt, when the Customer returns swimwear, underwear, jewelry and glasses, ONLINE STORE www.shop.plmd.bg undertakes to return the goods back to the Customer, with the transport costs being borne by the latter.

The returned order must be accompanied by the receipt received when paying for the order at the store. Without a receipt issued by the store, the return will not be accepted.

Returns from different stores that are received individually must be packaged separately with the correct return label for each package.

 

 

The Customer service department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.All inquiries and complaints will be processed during business hours.

If you do not receive a response, pay attention to whether it is not Saturday or Sunday or the time you contact us.

Response time may be extended during public holidays or campaigns.

 

REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID

We will refund the amount paid no later than 5 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.

Refunds are made only by bank transfer, after providing your bank account or we will directly refund the paid amount to your bank card, in case the payment was made via bank card.

In case your payment method is by bank card, the return may take up to 14 days.

You will receive a confirmation email when we refund the amount paid.

In order to refund the amount paid, it is necessary that the returned goods be in the condition they were received, unworn, with all tags belonging to it, not torn and/or removed, its packaging preserved, not treated with preparations (perfumes, detergents, etc.), not contaminated, damaged or used;

 

Shipping costs for returning the purchase are at the Customer's expense, except in cases where you received a wrong or defective product.
